Podcasting / Online Community

We are transitioning from our traditional webinars to podcasts and this online community.  We hope this is a forum where you can share ideas, build networks, and access top content from our thought leaders.  We will provide at least 12 podcasts every year.  These podcasts will be accessible at any time for you to use in a team meeting, a training module or individual development. 

 

Mini-Forums

Join 4-5 Institute members on a teleconference to share ideas, experiences, and best practices around a critical topic. We will facilitate one mini-forum each month.  2008 topics will include: Building HR Competencies, Helping HR Professionals Facilitate Change and Building a Talent Management System

 

Research

We will continue to send you our papers, articles, and books on pressing HR and Leadership issues.

 

Publishing

We are publishing our HR Leadership Series and are excited to collaborate with Institute Members for each book.  We expect to highlight the work of four Institute members in each of our books.
