Metrics and measures can be guideposts in our journey and milestones of our success in personal lives and in our organizations. In HR, measures and metrics can be used as a way to illustrate value to other members of the organization including key stakeholders. Dave Ulrich describes the effectiveness of metrics for HR professionals by discussing the keys to good metrics, how to build metric systems, and where to build metric systems.
